Bayside Building Consultancy
Bayside Building Consultancy was founded by Nick Pavlou during the global pandemic year of 2020. Motivated by the prospect to apply a different approach to work, Nick made the decision to step away from permanent employment and fulfil a long-term ambition to start a new business.
As a sole-practitioner firm Bayside Building Consultancy prides itself on delivering an exceptional range of professional services to clients across commercial and residential property sectors. Our clients include Commercial Landlords, Commercial Tenants, Local Authorities, Investment Banks, Insurance Companies, Investors, Property Management Companies, Property Developers, Small Business Owners and Domestic Home Owners.

Meet the Team
Nick Pavlou
Nick delivers the instructions for which Bayside Building Consultancy are appointed and enjoys building trusted relationships with all stakeholders involved in the property life-cycle process.
Nick obtained a BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree at the Kingston University School of Surveying in 2003 and qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2007.
Progressing from Graduate Surveyor to Head of Building Surveying over 17 years at a range of surveying practices, based in Central London and on the South Coast of England, provided Nick with a wealth of experience in all sectors of the commercial and residential professional property industry.
Vicky Pavlou
Vicky provides the administration support to Bayside Building Consultancy and applies a pragmatic approach to tasks assisting with the day-to-day running of the business.
Vicky is usually the first point of contact for general office enquiries, booking surveys, arranging sub-contractor or supplier appointments, bookkeeping and invoicing.
Vicky is a graduate of the Bournemouth Arts Institute and has over 15 years of customer service experience in the Commercial Insurance and Housing sectors having held a number of senior jobs such as Manager, Quality Assurance Advisor, Staff and Business Trainer.
